The CGA team took a simple old farmer's market building and revitalized it into the Meadowbrook Shopping Center, featuring unique landscaping and architectural features for a variety of new shops. The Meadowbrook is owned by CGA's own John Calabrese and Keith Good.
 

The Meadowbrook project is one of many development projects for the owners of CGA Architects. This is a testimony that CGA understands the budget restraints that property owners are challenged with. This helps CGA understand where the value is added to certain features and amenities.
